1. About Fitmore
Fitmore B.V. is an Amsterdam-based company operating a fitness instructor marketplace for the U.S. and Canadian markets (excluding Quebec).
We're currently in our launch phase, offering the first 500 certified fitness instructors who complete their profiles 6 months of free access to all platform features (regularly $20/month). This promotion is available on a first-come, first-served basis while spots remain.
By creating an account, you agree to receive communications as detailed in Section 4 below and to comply with all terms outlined in this agreement.
2. Who can use Fitmore
Age: You must be 18 or older.
Location: We're focused on U.S. users. If you're outside the U.S., please wait for an invitation before signing up.
We reserve the right to remove signups that don't meet these requirements.
3. Your responsibilities
When using Fitmore, you agree to:
• Provide accurate information
• Not use automated tools or bots
• Not attempt to harm, scrape, or exploit our systems
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Follow all applicable laws
4. Communications
By creating an account, you expressly consent to receive email communications from Fitmore, including but not limited to:
• Transactional emails (account verification, password resets, booking confirmations)
• Platform announcements and new feature updates
• Educational content, blog articles, and fitness industry insights
• Tips for fitness professionals and business growth strategies
• Community updates and success stories
• Promotional offers and founding member benefits
• Surveys and requests for feedback to improve our platform
Transactional emails (account-related, booking confirmations, etc.) are essential to platform operation and cannot be opted out of while maintaining an active account.
You can opt out of marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe link in promotional emails. To close your account and have your data deleted, please email contact@fitmore.co with your request.
5. Privacy
Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
6. Content and feedback
All content on Fitmore (design, text, graphics, logos) belongs to us or our licensors.
If you send us suggestions or feedback, you give us permission to use them without compensation.
7. Third-party services
We use third-party services (Vercel, Supabase, Resend, Plausible) to run Fitmore. We're not responsible if these services experience outages or issues.
8. Disclaimers
No warranties: Fitmore is provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied.
Limited liability: We're not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Fitmore.
Your protection: You agree to indemnify Fitmore against claims arising from your misuse of the service or violation of these terms.
9. Legal details
Governing law: The Netherlands
Disputes: Amsterdam courts have exclusive jurisdiction
Your local laws: You're also responsible for following laws in your location
Changes: We may update these terms as Fitmore evolves
